We provide online/distance learning forensic courses and forensic education worldwide. Our Courses are Cost effective and beyond the boundries. Our Forensic Education Courses are as follows:- Fingerprint Expert, Questioned Document & Handwriting Expert, Forensic Science Expert, Private Investigator (Detective), Crime Scene Investigator, Forensic Photography.
 
 
COURSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. The roll number/course key/login details to each student will be given on admission.
  2. On admission every student will receive an Identity Card and Study Material/Reference Books.
  3. Qualification Certificates and character certificate of the previous school/college will be required from each student wishing to join the course.
  4. Reference book or online study material, Final Certificate / Course Completion Letter that deemed right will be provided for Courses and Certifications by J. K. Consultancy.
  5. Student I-Card will be provided for students appearing for courses having course.
  6. The application fee paid for the course is not refundable. We can only refund the application fee when a course applied for has been cancelled or only in case he/she does not get a seat. Also the fee payment cannot be transferred to another course or to any other person.
  7. J. K. Consultancy Educational Wing reserves the right to alter fee, course structure or any of the terms or conditions described in this site/brochure without notice at any time and to deny enrolment to any person without explanation.
  8. After registration / admission Distance Courses Certification students will receive their study material within 15 to 20 working days. In some cases it may take more time due to un-availability of Ref. Books from our Publisher, Holidays, Shortage of study material / staff etc and other un-avoidable reasons.
  9. International / Outside India students who want printed notes, books, I-Card and ref. material by courier / post then $150 (USD) will be charged extra. (Optional)
  10. All our Courses, Study Material and Contents are for educational and informational purposes only. J. K. Consultancy and Team will not be responsible for their misuse, User will be solely and wholly responsible for misuse of the Education, Information, Knowledge and Tools or any other content.
  11. Our Courses will not transfer as college credit. Many colleges, Organizations, Companies and universities around the world do accept our courses certificates as fulfilling prerequisite program requirements. However, we do not keep track of what courses are accepted where and under what conditions.
  12. Students do not need to attend any classes so we provide fully self study, distance and online courses. Duration mentioned on site is maximum duration required to complete his/her course. All students have to appear for exam after completion of specified course duration.
  13. We provide printed notes / reference books to Indian residence and distance education mode students only. Alternatively online study material will be provided to International students. If shipping charges are paid separately by international students then only printed material will be provided.
  14. Our courses will guide you about Legal Procedures, Forensic Relations, Ethics, and Forensic Science Aspects etc about every subject. Right now we are only dealing in Forensic Science related courses.
  15. J. K. Consultancy is a Government Registered, ISO 9001-2008 Certified organization. We are an Autonomous Forensic Organization / Corporate. We are not an Institute, University or College.
  16. Acceptability of Recognitions is depend up on respective team / officer / organization.
  17. Our courses are for your educational enrichment, enhancing knowledge and professional developments.
  18. Our courses are self-paced with instructor-led. Student can study on specific subject from their own home or office with our Study Materials / Kit. We do not provide Classroom Training or Classes for these courses. Students have to apply for training, workshop, seminar and other personal classes separately. Fee, entrance exam or selection criterion is depending on type of training.
  19. Additional Taxes / fees / Too and Fro / Work / Service charges may apply.
  20. J. K. Consultancy will not be responsibility for any damage to Books, Certificates, CDs, Forms, DD / Cheques, Documents or any other losses in courier or postal services.
  21. On cancellations or withdrawals, no payments will be refunded.
  22. Fees and the terms and condition are subject to change without prior notice.
  23. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Delhi, India only. The roll number/course key/login details to each student will be given on admission.
