How to get an admission in the forensic education course:

1. Complete Applicant Form:
   • Application form can be filled online (Online Application Form)or can be downloaded (Download Application Form) and fill completely and send it at our address.
   • Complete all the columns available in the Application Form.
   • Make sure to sign the application form.
   • Include your complete mailing address and all other details. Please provide telephone number and/or email address and also attach a self attested photograph of the candidate.
   
   
2. Things to be send with application form:
   • Attach photocopies of the certificates duly attested by a notary or a Gazetted Officer (Mandatory):
     • Academic qualification Certificates.
     • Professional qualification Certificates.
     • Experience Certificates.
     • Character Certificates.
   • Send three additional passport size photographs along with the application form.


3. Payment
   • Include the total fee as per the course selected as per your choice. Amount can be deposited in the bank or send a cheque or demand draft (DD) or money order (MO) or banker’s cheque in favor of “J. K. Consultancy” payable in New Delhi.
   • You can also make the payment via credit or Debit card (Pay Online) or transfer the fee directly in the bank online.
   • Amount can also transfer the money using the western union money transfer.
   • Must be exact amount.
   • Please attach the proof of the payment with the application form.


4. Check List
   Review the course applying Checklist to ensure that you have included all the information we require to process your request.


5. Mail the required items #1, #2, and #3 (listed above) to the following address:

6. What You Will Receive:
   1. Online User name and Password to excess the course content.
   2. Printed Material (Books / Notes).
   3. CD/DVD (Software's, Tools, e-Books, Presentations, Notes etc...).
   4. Identity Card and Examination Card.
   5. Certificate, Completion Letter and Mark Sheet.
